EPISODIC REAL ESTATE VIDEO SERIES – BEYOND THE CURB
Beyond the Curb was an episodic real estate video series that showcased properties along river cities in Ohio and Kentucky. These cities included Dayton, Newport, Covington, Bellevue, and Ludlow.
When COVID-19 hit in 2020, the show’s facilitator created the series to give people a sense of immersion, as if they were on tour in person.
ONLINE SUCCESS
The series gained popularity online, attracted advertisers, and helped bring more awareness to the Catalytic Fund and its partners. As a result, a loyal following awaited each new episode at their computer desks.
Over three seasons, Valere produced 40 episodes. We highlighted new residential development, river city lifestyles, architecture, and interior design.
VIDEO SERIES RECOGNITION
Jill Morenz was the show’s host. She was employed full-time by the Catalytic Fund. Jill has an extensive background in interior design, which made her a great fit for the program.
The web series reached audiences across all social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Beyond the Curb received a Blue Chip Award from ICRC in 2023.
