Corporate Video Production Training: Investing in Talent and Meeting the Growing Need for Video Communications

Valere Studios offers an comprehensive Audio and Visual Training program aimed at equipping individuals with the necessary skills for corporate video production. With a seven-day in-person training at their state-of-the-art studio in Cincinnati, participants gain hands-on experience using cutting-edge technology and industry-standard equipment. The program covers essential aspects of video production, including pre-production, storyboarding, filming, livestreaming, and post-production. Companies must invest in their current talent pool.

Valere Studios will consult with your organization to better understand what the goals of the media team are to custom tailor a training experience.

From software, hardware, and the latest imaging equipment, the studio has the infrastructure for a valuable hands-on experience that is unlike any other. Trainees experience these basic fundamentals while onsite:

  • Pre-production process. Where does a creative project begin? What are the resources needed and how do we achieve the results?
  • Storyboarding. Learn storyboarding: the framing up of the project from script to screen.
  • Filming in the field and in-studio. The trainee receives the most important hands-on experience with film and live broadcast equipment.
  • The livestreaming, virtual, hybrid. Experience operating a live production switcher, learn encoding basics, and broadcast a webinar or talk show.
  • Post production process. Edit a short two-minute promotional video using Adobe’s Premiere Pro.

The training is followed up with a minimum of 50 hours of virtual training or consulting, and Valere Studios may travel at the clients request for further onsite training at corporate headquarters or branch location(s).  This is to ensure the fundamentals are implemented.
